I started heliosIT after years of watching friends and family get a raw deal from IT companies.
Long waits on hold. Bills full of line items nobody could explain. And that horrible feeling of being made to look daft for asking a simple question. I wanted to do the opposite of all that.
So before I write a line of code or change a single setting, I sit down with you, over a coffee if you like, and we work out what you actually need. I'll be straight with you about what's worth doing and what isn't, even when that means a smaller job for me.
Maybe you're a business owner who needs a website that brings in customers. Maybe you just want your computer to stop doing that weird thing. Either way, I explain it in plain English, I don't rush you, and I'll see it through properly.
